My Work
In my writing, I am driven by an urge to explore and convey the beauty and tragedy of human experience, drawing inspiration from real-life observations and imagination alike. Through authentic characters facing relatable challenges, I aim to transport readers across diverse perspectives and settings, much as other authors have done for me. My goal is to create stories that not only entertain but prompt readers to imagine themselves in the characters' positions, questioning their own choices and deepening their understanding of the world around them.

The Retreat
After surviving a vicious assault, Allison Keenan struggles to function in her everyday life. When her therapist recommends she attend a retreat specifically for female survivors of violence, she hesitantly accepts. At a remote camp in the mountains of northwestern Montana, Allie and her campmates each struggle to work through their individual trauma; but they will need to come together to survive the terror stalking them in the surrounding forest.
